It is a simple concept.
Hello. My name is Frank. I am the Managing Parter
(IRS speak for owner) of Piano Pines Investing, LLC. We are in the real estate business. We want to help sellers
and buyers, and make a fair profit.
This is how it works. I find a motivated seller. I find a motivated buyer.
I get them together. I make my profit from the price difference between them.
Motivated sellers have many reasons for selling their house. Maybe they changed jobs and have to move in the next few weeks. Maybe their adjustable rate mortgage has or will be adjusting. They don't need a reasons, maybe they just want to.
So, why don't they just sell it? As we all know, the housing market has been in a downward tumble
for the past year or so. The appreciation days of a house that we have enjoyed for the past several years is
over for the time being. Will it come back up? Sure, but our motivated seller usually cannot wait for the two years or so
it will take to recover in our area. There are a huge number of houses currently on the market, and the only ones that
are selling are the ones listed at least 20% or less of their value a year ago. I know it is tough!!
How am I able to do it? Most people sell maybe one or two houses in their lifetime. They do not really know how it works.
I have bought and sold many many houses in my lifetime. I know the best ways to do it under many different market conditions.
And while I won't explain all the ins and outs, I also won't try to take advantage. Part of our package is the
education you need to understand what we are doing. We provide full disclosure of everything, we explain all of the
contracts in very basic terms and conditions in a completely ethical manner. And yes, we still manage to make a profit!
