If you are so tired of paying rent to your landlord and having nothing
to show for it but a place to put your butt, read on. If you have been
wanting to purchase your own home but just cannot swing the down
payment, or your credit score makes the available interest rates suck,
you have come to the right place.
After completing our application, we will determine if you are eligible
for our program. If you are, you can start shopping for YOUR home right
away. Use our Realtors(R) or your own. When you find your dream house
that meets the financial requirements, we purchase the home for you.
After one year, you may purchase the home for a known price.
If you have credit issues that need to be repaired before you can
actually purchase the home, we will assist with that as well. The banks
and investors we work with will have specific guidelines to determine
your eligibility. You have up to three years to complete the process.

Unfortunately, this is not free. To perform the basic checks we must
perform, an application fee of $49 is required. This fee is
non-refundable.
