How do we know Piano Pines Investing, LLC can be trusted?

Well, you can't. There are many people and corporations that are simply trying to get as much money out of you as possible, as quickly as possible. It is difficult, if not impossible, to tell them from those that are actually trying to help while making a profit. Like us.

We don't work that way. Not that we are opposed to making money. After all, that is why we are in business. Our difference is we make our profit in the future rather than right now. Our Program is different.

Our primary purpose is to assist those folks that have encountered a financial bump in the road. Can we help everyone? Nope! That is why we have our intensive screening program. Can we give advice to everyone? You Bet! Because advice is free! Does everyone want to hear our advice? Not a chance. So, it is optional.

If you apply for our Screening Process ($49 – Not Free!) and you do not qualify, we will be more than happy to discuss with you what changes you can make in your lifestyle to help you be able to purchase that home you have always wanted.

Will we be able to help everyone who qualifies for our program? Maybe. There are many variables. It is possible the lifestyle changes we would require to enter our program would place a significant burden on you. Maybe the amount of house you can qualify for is below your expectations. Maybe our investors will decline to participate.

If it is, we suggest you check back often because many of the underlying factors change on a regular basis. Check back often.

If the numbers you see are good, you can go to our Available Houses Listings to see some houses that may fit your criteria. Just remember, if you are accepted into our program, you do not have to even pay attention to houses we already have. We expect you to go out with a Realtor® of your choice and find the house of your dreams.
