After completing our application, we will determine if you are eligible for our program. If you are, you can start shopping for YOUR home right away. Use our Realtor® or your own. When you find your dream house that meets everyone's financial requirements, we purchase the home for you. After one year, you may purchase the home for a known price.

If you have credit issues that need to be repaired before you can actually purchase the home, we will assist with that as well. The banks and investors we work with will have specific guidelines to determine your eligibility. You have up to three years to complete the process.
